BURNOUT IN ACADEMIC PHYSICIAN DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has caused tremendous and abrupt changes in all aspects of social life, including healthcare education. It stress psychological impact on physicians other workers globally. Exposure to chronic occupational can lead burnout. multiple responsibilities academic potentially a higher risk burnout, particularly during this pandemic. This study aimed obtain burnout profiles factors associated with the pandemic.Methods: was cross-sectional study. MBI-HSS used measure three dimensions Academic physicians' perception distance learning, involvement clinical care patients, faculty management, facilities management were also included survey.
